Hank Ewert was a member of the faculty of St. Stephen's School, a private day and boarding school, from 1975 until 2005, serving as a college counselor for twenty-six years and as Director of College Counseling for twenty-two.

Eric Heineman

Eric Heineman worked in the Admission Office at Rice University from 1989 until 2007, serving ultimately as Director of Recruitment. His responsibilities included coordination of the faculty Committee on Admission, athletic recruitment, international students and oversight of the entire campus visit experience for prospective students' families. From 1993 until 2003 he advised one-eighth of the Rice student body while residing on campus as Resident Associate at Lovett College. He also has professional experience with NACAC, TACAC and the College Board.
A Houston native, Mr. Heineman graduated from Rice in 1989 with a degree in psychology and managerial studies.
