Academic Success for Stuggling Teens






An Academic Success Plan is a home-based approach designed to increase the academic performance of a struggling student. With the guidance of our professionals, students and their parents enter into a "contract" that is specifically designed to support the student in achieving stability and improving both academic and behavioral functioning.

An Academic Success Plan consists of the following:

  • A written contract developed by the professionals of Academic Answers in conjunction with the student, parents, and professionals
  • Review all current educational and psychological information
  • Includes both behavioral and academic goals
  • Includes "clear-cut" rewards and consequences for each identified goal
  • Up to six meetings with parents or student
  • Communication with school representatives or involved professionals
  • 6 months of monitoring
