An Academic Success
Plan consists of the following:
- A written contract developed
by the professionals of Academic Answers in conjunction with the
student, parents, and professionals
- Review all current educational
and psychological information
- Includes both behavioral
and academic goals
- Includes "clear-cut" rewards
and consequences for each identified goal
- Up to six meetings with
parents or student
- Communication with school
representatives or involved professionals
- 6 months of monitoring
